POSITION INFO:
Your Role This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your technical knowledge into a supportive and busy internal team. You will be the main point of contact for clients who need specific parts and quotes. In this role, you will get to use your problem-solving skills every day while learning from experienced industry experts. Job Description Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries and price requests. Look at technical catalogs and drawings to help clients find the correct matching components. Create and send out accurate price quotations using the company's internal computer system. Follow up on sent quotes with customer buying departments to secure the final orders. Check stock levels with the warehouse team to give clients accurate delivery dates. Work closely with the external sales team to support regular, long-term business clients. What You Need to Apply At least 3 to 5 years of experience in internal sales within an industrial or hardware environment. The ability to read and understand technical product catalogs, sizes, and dimensions. Good computer skills, including experience using standard sales or inventory software (E A Matric certificate (Grade 12) and reliable transport to the Bartlett area. A positive, organized attitude with a strong willingness to follow systems and learn.
