SUMMARY:
5 - 8 years sales management experience and a proven track record with both technical internal and external sales teams. CRM and sales reporting experience essential. Lead, mentor, develop and support the day to day activities of a high performing external and internal sales team.

POSITION INFO:
Focus on sales execution, customer service excellence, lead management, customer service excellence, quotation conversion, key account management, and team leadership. Manage and oversee the daily activities of the sales team. Ensure inbound opportunities are effectively managed, sales processes are optimised, customer relationships are strengthened, and sales targets are achieved. Implement corrective actions where required. Develop and maintain sales reporting, forecasting and KPI dashboards. Jhb north based.
