A leading client in the manufacturing and mining sector is looking for an International Finance Manager to drive financial planning, compliance, and reporting excellence across its global operations.

A leading client in the manufacturing and mining sector is looking for an International Finance Manager to drive financial planning, compliance, and reporting excellence across its global operations. This role is key to supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial insight, planning, and forecasting in a complex multi-national and multi-currency environment.

The successful candidate will partner closely with in-country management, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure profitable international growth and sound financial governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for multiple international markets
Manage financial reporting and cash flow forecasting to support global operations
Oversee balance sheet health and treasury activities
Provide meaningful financial insights to enhance decision-making and organisational performance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive compliance, mitigate risk, and ensure audit readiness

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, ideally within manufacturing or mining
At least 2 years’ experience working with multi-national and multi-currency environments
Advanced financial acumen, including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Solid understanding of tax legislation across multiple jurisdictions
