PRIVATE HOTEL GROUP - INDIA & MALDIVES

START: ASAP / November 2025 (Visa pending)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Sunday
• Flexible times & times off

REPORT TO: Spa Manager

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1-YEAR fixed-term internship (based operationally at either of our properties in India OR Maldives)

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• USD $450 - USD $570 per month (Based on skills) SALARY 
• Meals on duty per shift
• Shared company accommodation provided (room share with 1 other person in a furnished 2 bedroom flat)
• Company transport from accommodation to hotel

• Induction training in Maldives

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen with valid Passport for traveling 
2. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
3. DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
4. Must be able to commit to a 1-year contract in either or both, India & Maldives - at our luxury 5-star Hotels
5. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
6. Beautifully groomed and looking the part of a 5-star therapist

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services (Massage, Facials, Body Scrub & Body Wrap)
2. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
3. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
