They are looking for the addition of an International Tax Executive to help carry this influential company to new heights and this challenging environment is reputable for supporting their internal and external relationships.

You will be tasked to take on the finance taxation function, which includes duties such as:

Tax Haven experience
Deferred Tax calculations
Fund Tax Compliance
Dealing with various African countries
Dealing with Transactional Tax Securities
Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Finance Management

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Qualified CA (SA) or LLB or Post Graduate Tax Qualification is essential
International and Corporate Tax experience is essential
7 to 10 years Financial Services, Development Finance, Private Equity, or similar experience is essential
Experience with working with African Countries is essential
