SUMMARY:
SERVICE DESK INTERNSHIP (IT) - MIDRAND
Closing date Friday 27 March 2026.
Gijima is looking to recruit 5 (FIVE) IT interns to work on their Service Desk, in Midrand.

POSITION INFO:
The criteria is as follows: -

Candidates must have completed a 3-year tertiary qualification (National diploma, degree, diploma) in IT (i.e. Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science)
Candidates must be computer literate and must be proficient in MS office Suite/Office 365
Candidates must have NO criminal record
Candidates must currently be unemployed
Candidates must not be participating on another learnership or internship program
Candidates must not be studying at any other institution (including distance learning)
Candidates must live in the greater Midrand area (relocation is NOT an option)
Candidates must be under the age of 35 as of 1 May 2026Candidates must be a South African Citizen – African, White, Coloured and Indian

Certifications: -

CompTIA A+ (International certification)

ITIL v3 Foundation Certification (optional but will advantageous)
