POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Investec bond registrations from instruction to completion.
• Process and administer Investec bond transactions in accordance with banking and legal requirements.
• Liaise directly with Investec, clients, estate agents, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and verify bond-related documentation.
• Ensure all bond instructions, supporting documents, and compliance requirements are accurately completed.
• Coordinate with conveyancers, attorneys, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Monitor transaction progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties.
• Resolve queries and address delays relating to bond registrations.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, turnaround times, and industry regulations.
• Provide professional client service throughout the bond registration process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience specifically dealing with Investec Bonds (essential).
• Previous experience within a law firm, conveyancing department, or property environment.
• Conveyancing Certificate / Diploma or Paralegal Diploma required.
• Matric essential.
• Strong understanding of bond registration procedures and related documentation.
• Experience managing Investec bond files from inception to completion.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills with clients and external stakeholders.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with legal and banking systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Sandton on a permanent basis.

• Experience working with high-value property transactions.
• Knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law procedures.
