Great opportunity to join an Investment Manager in Cape Town as an Investment Administration Specialist.

The ideal candidate would have 2-5 years' Investment Administration experience, within an Asset Manager or a 3rd party administrator. Experience in Unit Trusts / Pension Funds would be preferable. This person should have excellent numerical skills with the ability to handle large quantities of sensitive client data. Have a great attention to detail; thinks in a structured way; be a people person with good communication skills and take pride in producing a high standard of work at all times.

Some key areas of responsibility include:

Unitisation and cash flow management of client funds including:
- Determination of unit prices
- Daily collection of asset manager data
- Management of the investment strategy, and processing of the clients' cash flows between the administrator and asset manager
Production of reports
Analysing of fund returns
Preparing of Asset Allocations and Rebalances of portfolios
Approving and authorising transactions and banking transactions
