JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description

Our client’s services focus on opportunities in the South African and African financial services as well as diversified investments industries. Their business philosophy has two main focus areas: creating value for their stakeholders and playing a part in positively impacting the lives of ordinary South Africans. The Investment Analyst that they are looking to employ will be responsible for supporting the deal executive in all facets of existing portfolio companies, as well as the due diligence, approval, and implementation of investment opportunities.

Job experience & skills required

Chartered Accountant
CFA would be beneficial
3-4 years’ experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or M&A
Strong valuations, analysis, and modelling skills
