POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for an ambitious Investment Associate to join our fast-growing Investments & Venture Capital team in Gauteng. Here, you won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll help shape the next wave of high-impact businesses redefining industries across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on prospective investments.
Work closely with portfolio companies to unlock growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term value.
Support deal origination, structuring, and execution across diverse sectors.
Collaborate with a team of visionary investors driving innovation and impact.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (postgraduate qualification/CFA advantage).
2–4 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting.
Strong analytical mindset, excellent financial modelling skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship.
A self-starter who can balance detail-oriented analysis with big-picture strategic thinking.
