POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
Proficiency in M&A, financial modelling, analysis, deal structuring, and valuations is essential for the ideal applicant. Determine prospective M&A prospects through industry analysis and market research. Create intricate financial models with cost analysis, investment returns, and revenue forecasts to analyse different M&A scenarios. Provide innovative and well-thought-out agreement structures to maximize value for the company. To arrive at correct valuations, examine market trends, industry benchmarks, and financial statements. Track your ROI and payback duration in relation to your initial investment.

Education:

Fully qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar field
Experience in mergers and acquisitions
Financial Modelling, deal structuring and valuations experience non-negotiable
