SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced investment operations professional ready to lead a high-performing team? We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of fund and investment operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the efficient delivery of services across our investment products.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the operations team covering investment operations, client reporting, fee collection, and supplier management.
Design and implement robust operational processes, controls, and workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Oversee the trade lifecycle and settlement for equities, fixed income, derivatives (OTC & listed), FX, cash, and money market instruments.
Manage new product implementation and ongoing governance across CIS, UCITS, hedge funds, PCCs, and segregated mandates.
Maintain regulatory compliance and operational risk management in line with CISCA, the Financial Markets Act, Pension Fund Act, and FAIS.
Drive people development, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Honours Degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in asset management operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of investment products, operational processes, and regulatory frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes for equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, cash, and money market products.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
