Investments Operations Process Analyst

Our client is looking for a self-starter who is passionate about operational efficiency with strong analysis, logic, communication, documentation, and solution skills.

75% Operations Process Analysis:

• Business process investigation and documentation
• Process re-design/optimisation
• Implementation and training
• Build strong Evidence Based Risk Management protocols around all operational activities

25% Project Management:

• Project planning and documentation
• Project implementation including task tracking
• Progress reporting and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and develop a thorough understanding of existing business processes and context
• Develop insight into processes and generate innovative solutions
• Create efficiency by finding faster and more accurate ways of working
• Identify risks and action plans to mitigate and ensure no process loopholes
• Monitor progress and performance against defined outcomes
• Implement Evidence Based Risk Management across processes

Qualifications and Experience required:

• B. Com/B.Bus.Sc or equivalent Degree/Diploma in Finance; Statistics, Accounting, Information Systems)
• Relevant Business Analysis training
• Have 1+ years associated work experience in financial services - Unit Trust or LISP experience would be a distinct advantage
• Have current, relevant business or process analysis experience
• Strong Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Task knowledge - this would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent Office365 skills, and Advanced Excel skills
• Have Access and Power BI knowledge - this would be a distinct advantage
