JOB DESCRIPTION:

General:

Invoicing in a timely fashion

Updating Invoice control sheet daily

Create proformas / quotes for customers

Ensure correct pricing is invoiced

Replying to e-mails within 24 hours

Ensure Systems and Procedures are always followed

General duties as may be required

Checklists to be done daily and sent to Manager every Thursday

Filing to be done daily

Requirements

Grade 12

Literate

Able to work under pressure

Able to work as a team

Able to work every 2nd Saturday

Able to work overtime as and when required

Good communicator

Attention to detail

Reliable and honest

Own transport

General knowledge of Excel

Would suite a school leaver
