JOB DESCRIPTION:

General

Invoicing of Trucks and loose fitments in a Timely Fashion

Updating of invoice control sheet daily

Create proformas/quotes for customers

Ensure correct customer pricing is invoiced

Replying to mails within 24 hours

Ensure Systems and Procedures are always followed

Other General Duties which may be required from Management from time to time

Checklist to be done Daily and send to Manager every Thursday

Filing to be done daily

Requirements

Grade 12

Literate (Must be able to Read and Write)

Able to work under Pressure

Able to work as a Team

Able to work every 2nd Saturday

Able to work Overtime when required

Good Communicator

Attention to Detail

Reliable and honest

Own Transport

General knowledge of sage and salesforce

General knowledge of excel
