JOB SUMMARY:
A dynamic manufacturing company based in the South of JHB is looking to employ an Invoicing Clerk with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience on Pastel or any other accounting software.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable transport
Experience on Pastel, MS Office and other accounting software
Liaising with customers, processing of orders and invoicing of orders
Keeping track of account customers credit availability and e-mailing daily credit availability report to the members and fellow co-workers
Liaising with customers on their order status, manufacturing lead times and delivery and or collection thereof
Liaising with courier companies on the collection of orders
Planning orders for delivery/collection with sales, production and despatch departments
Invoicing of both complete and partial orders
Assisting with price increases by sending price increase notifications and price lists to customers and updating prices on Pastel
Archiving of orders and invoices
