SUMMARY:
Our client in Johannesburg is hiring an Invoicing / Stock Control YES INTERN (12 months programme) to join their team and gain practical experience in administration, inventory management, and finance-related processes

POSITION INFO:
Description:

The Intern will assist with invoicing, stock management, and general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the finance and inventory departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices
Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory
Perform stock reconciliations and update stock reports
Support the team with data capturing and filing
Track deliveries and ensure stock levels are accurate
Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Competencies & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Basic understanding of stock control and invoicing processes
Computer literacy (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under supervision and take initiative
Professional and positive attitude

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 (Good results or Higher certificate)
Age: 18 - 28
Interest in learning about invoicing, stock control, and administrative processes
Currently unemployed
Have not completed a YES Programme before
