Our Client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities

The Production Manager is fully responsible for
Daily production output
Workflow discipline
Staff productivity
Quality control
On-time order completion
Workshop order & structure
Plan daily production targets
Assign work per department (prep, assembly, sanding, steel, finishing, dispatch)
Ensure production starts ON TIME every day
Track output vs target DAILY
Ensure no idle labour or confusion
Manage production schedule based on orders
Prioritise urgent and marketplace orders
Ensure deadlines are met
Communicate delays BEFORE they happen
3–5+ years managing a manufacturing workshop
Proven experience with production teams
Strong leadership and discipline
Process-driven mindset
Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and reporting
Physically present and hands-on
Able to work under pressure
