Our client is a leading Food Manufacturer

Job Description

BEE Candidate. Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives and activities on the brand to build brand awareness and equity towards market leadership. Initiatives and activities include:

Campaigns (TV, print, in-store, social media and radio),
Project management,
New product development,
Analysing and interpreting data
Transactional/administrative duties related to the brand

MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

Assist Senior Brand Manager to execute brand campaigns and initiatives in line with brand strategy
Actively assist the Senior Brand Manager on major projects
Drive & own part of brand portfolio
Contribute to achievement of financial and market share objectives
Assist in delivering timely, accurate figures & analytical data:
Update competitor activity folder on an on-going basis
Maintain competitor activity tracker and have awareness on market situations, potential threats and opportunities
Undertake regular trade visits for better understanding of category opportunities and in-store activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree / B-Tech in Marketing/IMM (NQF7/10)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an FMCG marketing environment within food manufacturing

Ability to manage multiple projects
