JOB SUMMARY:
JUNIOR FINANCE MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT - Roodepoort (Allensnek)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Must have a Qualification in Finance Field (Degree)
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Must have Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Must come from FMCG Environment
MS Office Suite / Omni and/or Xero experience
Must possess high levels of integrity

Experience / Knowledge:

Retail accounts receivable, inventory and supplier accounts payable
Cash flow: Manage payments, allowances, levels of stock distribution
Budget: Help formalise and install budget process
Develop and track KPIs
Managing other returns, including but not limited to: CIPC, banks, workmen's compensation,
UIF, SDL etc.
Prepare all SARS returns ( PAYE, VAT, etc.)
Work on payroll with the HR Manager
Attending to SARS related queries
Capturing and allocation of invoices
Debtors and creditors
Collection of outstanding account
Obtaining consumable quotations from suppliers
Update and maintain the customer list
Follow month end procedures and follow ups
Petty Cash control
Receive & verify (for validity) all creditor invoices weekly in accordance with the normal creditors schedule
Provide creditors with a Remittance advice
Updating the supplier list with current prices
