Our client in the Telecommunications Sector requires a Jira Specialist on a 8 month contract.

POSITION INFO:

Key Requirements:
·                     Infrastructure Architect/BA experience - Preferred
·                     Should be Infrastructure Ready - Mandatory
·                     Atlassian Application Stack Knowledge - Mandatory
·                     DevOps Knowledge and experience- Preferred
·                     Atlassion Cloud Knowledge- Preferred
·                     AWS Expert – Optional
Key Responsibilities
1.Account Management (system)
·         New user creation
·         Existing user management
·         Churning users
·         Project user admin
·         System user account management (autouser)
·         Arms process for access setup  
2.Workflow management
·         New workflow creation
·         Existing flow management
·         Custom flow creations
·         Transition between statuses
·         Validators and Triggers
·         Clean up of no functional flows
·         Access management for flows
·         Workflow scheme
3.Schemes managements
·         Permission scheme management
·         Notification scheme management
·         Security scheme
·         Global scheme
4.Monitoring
·         Manual server monitoring
·         Manual application monitoring
5.Incident management
·         Assist with calls from the all the business area in the company
·         Resolve and feedback
·         24/7 support
6.Operational Support
·         Ongoing maintenance on Applications (jira, confluence, bitbucket)
·         Tier 1 to 4 support
7.Change Management
·         Release management
·         Assess and install new plugin (when required)
·         Management of software and all the plugins
·         CCB forum bi weekly
8.Onboarding new Business units
·         Overview
·         Understanding requirements
·         Building requirements
·         Management of the roll out
·         support
9.Daily workload management (Kanban)
·         Calls logged through interface
