Jnr Full Stack Developer

Our client, a leading business that provides products, services, and solutions to the financial services as well as other select industries is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join their team to design software programs that provide an excellent user experience. Duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify requirements and specifications
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Adhering to coding quality control requirements.
• Create security and data protection settings
• Meeting deadlines and time budgets for the development of software.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
• Adhering to CDA’s policies and processes
• Understanding the CDA culture and behaving in a manner that reflects the culture.
• Ensures that relevant information is passed on to clients and management who should be
• kept informed.
• Develops, maintains, and strengthens relationships with clients and employees.

Minimum requirements:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Degree in Computer Science
• Certifications in tech stack languages
• Experience developing applications
• Familiarity with the company tech stack (0-2 years’ experience) (HTML, CSS, Javascrtipt, Python, ReactJS, Postgresql, NextJS)
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS,)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and frameworks (Python, NodeJS)
• Familiarity with: databases (Postgresql), webservers (NGINX), UI/UX Design, Project Management
• Able to find effective solutions by taking a holistic, abstract, or theoretical perspective.
• Able to develop and support the introduction of new and improved methods, processes, or technologies.
• Able to be analytical and approach a problem or issue in a logical, systematic, sequential
• approach.
