An exciting opportunity for a Jnr IT Support Administrator based in Benoni. If you have a passion for IT-related administration with knowledge of computer systems and software, then this is for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

**Remuneration will be determined based on experience. **

Duties and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting software and networking systems.
Knowledge of CCTV will be advantageous.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time.
Provide on-site Support.
Identification and resolution of hardware/software problems.
Proactive monitoring and quality assurance.
Diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users.
O365 implementation.
General administration & documenting

Skills and Knowledge

The successful incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Computer hardware and software systems and programs.
Troubleshooting.
An efficient communicator, written and verbal.
Ability to analyse and solve problems and make decisions.
Work effectively in a team.

Requirements

A+
N+
Technical knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Valid driver's license.
Own reliable transport.
