Our Midrand based client specialising in Hosted Administration Platforms and related technology is looking for a Jnr Scrum Master to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Manage project’s scope and timeline
Co-ordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Point of contact for external communications
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Respond to and update support tickets and project-related tickets
Submit timesheets daily
Prepare and provide input to estimates for work orders / quotes
Adhere to SDLC processes and procedures
Staff supervision and mentoring

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
0 – 2 years’ experience in a scrum master role
Experience with multi-project environments
Knowledge of and experience with employee benefits experience (advantageous)
Omni Sunguard system (advantageous)
MS Office
