Reporting directly to the Heads of the Business, the Senior Manager: Digitalization will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital strategy.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital transformation role

Key Objectives:

• Spearhead digital innovation and act as a change agent across the organization
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, transitioning analog processes to digital solutions
• Champion digital best practices and cultivate a digital-first mindset at all levels
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to strengthen our digital ecosystem
• Evaluate ROI on digital initiatives and optimize resource allocation

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy aligned with business goals
• Integrate digital initiatives into strategic planning, ensuring leadership buy-in and resource alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate products, services, and customer experiences
• Oversee the digital innovation portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery
• Identify and implement cutting-edge tools (AI, CRM, automation) to enhance operations
• Partner with HR to attract top digital talent and upskill teams across the organization

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5–7 years in digital transformation, including designing and launching digital platforms
• Proven leadership in delivering successful digital projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and their technical integrations
• Innovative, forward-thinking approach with a focus on disruption
• Experience managing and mentoring digital teams
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
