JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a FMCG Manufacturing company seek a Junior Accountant to join their team based at their factory in Southern Paarl.

The position will report to the Factory Manager as well as the Financial Manager at Head Office.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Full Debtors function
Control / coordinate monthly stock counts
Monitor stock movements and account for it on Pastel Evolution
Stock transfers and recons
Account for daily manufacturing on Pastel Evolution
Monthly reporting
Payroll – recons of time and attendance system
Petty Cash

REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Post Matric qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage
2-3 years’ Financial Assistance / Junior Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
Sage Evolution
Advanced Excel skills
Top organizational skills
Team Player
Being able to prioritize
Initiative & great problem-solving skills
Self-manageable and the ability to work alone

SALARY:

R20 000 CTC
