POSITION INFO:

Matric
Diploma in Brand and Marketing
CRM
Campaign and promotion creation & communication to ensure engagement and retention of current customers.
Management of new players.
Managing customer change management with regards to new campaigns and/or new functionality.
Acting as the business counterpart by providing in depth knowledge about the product and service.
Provide relevant and accurate data for call centre data and VIP customer data for daily and weekly reporting.
Updating the SunBet website with live and upcoming sporting events and active promotions.
Responsible for creating weekly sports mailers and promotion campaigns targeted to specific player segments.
Working closely with the VIP team to investigate and handle VIP player queries.
Working closely with the team leaders of the call centre in order to achieve certain customer retention and service targets.
