Our client in Hillcrest is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper / Receptionist to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receptionist/Junior bookkeeper:
Candidates responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and forwarding calls
- Monitor office supply levels
- Processing bank statements/information
- General administration duties
- Assisting senior bookkeepers with processing & payroll

The candidate must have the following:
- Communication skills
- Experience in Excel and Word
- Experience in Pastel Accounting/QuickBooks
- Experience in VIP would be an advantage
- Own transport would be an advantage
