JOB DESCRIPTION:

An amazing opportunity has opened up for a vibrant and smart Jnr Brand and Marketing Manager at a reputable Company in South Africa. The position is based in Durban and travelling within province is required.

Will be responsible for maintaining the company’s image through the implementation of marketing initiative.
Ensure that a brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers.
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print and online platforms, ensuring products and services meet customer’s expectations and to build credibility of brands.
Create best practices in Lean Manufacturing, policies and processes.
Provide Daily & Weekly reports on departmental Efficiencies, Productivity and ORE (Overall Resource Effectiveness)
Attention to detail and analytical skill
Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customers
Teamwork
Ability to manage and allocate budgets
Written and verbal skills
Experience with and an understanding of market research
Time and project management skills, ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
Creative thinking
Product packaging and retail knowledge

Qualifications:
Matric
VEGA – School of Brand Leadership, bachelor’s degree or similar
Experience
2-5 years experience.
