1–3 Years’ Experience or Top Graduate

Qualifications:

• BEng Industrial Engineering (University of Pretoria preferred)
• BCom Informatics (University of Pretoria considered)

• 1–3 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations support
• Recent graduates with exceptional academic records and relevant exposure will be considered
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools (advantageous)
• Familiarity with process mapping or improvement methodologies (a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from various departments
• Assist with evaluating business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
• Support implementation of business/system solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Participate in process mapping, workflow redesign, and data analysis
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and other teams to translate needs into technical requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with solution deployments
• Provide administrative support and project coordination when required
• Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights
