POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Strong understanding of company secretarial duties and documentation.
Proficiency in administrative functions and maintenance of electronic file records.
Skill in updating secretarial software and ensuring detailed attention to client records.
Ability to work accurately on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to receive instructions from multiple supervisors.
Resilience and efficiency under stress.
Manage and process documentation, director changes and other changes related to CIPC.
Handle CoR documents
Share transfers and maintaining a share registers
Updating and maintaining secretarial records on Greatsoft (Our database)
