POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Admission as a Conveyancer (essential)
Computer literacy (MS Office, Lexis Convey / GhostConvey advantageous)

Key Duties:

Drafting and reviewing transfer and bond documents
Attending to the registration of property transfers
Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office
Managing the conveyancing process from instruction to final registration
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
Providing support and legal advice to clients throughout the transaction
