SUMMARY:
Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Incorporated (MBA Inc.), a leading law firm with offices in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Senior Attorney with 10 or more years’ post-admission experience to join our dynamic Litigation teams in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a seasoned, ambitious and hard-working Senior Attorney who will bring strong leadership, strategic insight and proven expertise to help drive the continued success of MBA Inc.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

LLB or LLM Degree
Admitted Attorney with 10+ years post-admission experience
Right of Appearance in the High Court
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Competition Law
Administrative, Public & Constitutional Law
Compliance & Regulatory Law
Municipal Law
ICT & Telecommunications Law

Key Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong persuasive drafting and advocacy ability
Emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness
Proven leadership and team management skills
Research, analytical and critical thinking skills
Project and case management capability

Required Attributes

Adaptable, organised and meticulous
Ability to manage multiple, complex matters simultaneously
Capacity to run a litigation department independently, reporting directly to Partners
Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment and commit to extended hours when necessary
