JOB SUMMARY:
Junior Operations Manager is required for a Gauteng based role within the FMCG industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Previous managerial experience within FMCG | QSR environment
  • Valid drivers licence - not negotiable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Will travel from store to store
  • Experience with target setting for each store
  • Create performance objectives for stores
  • Report on area metrics
  • Training of store employees
  • Evaluate outlet performance and make adjustments where necessary
  • Troubleshoot
  • Maximise sales and profitability across the stores in the area
  • Conduct audits
