Job & Company Description:
A well-established organisation is seeking to appoint a Junior Financial Analyst to join their finance team based in Westville. This opportunity offers exposure to high-level reporting, business analytics, and strategic stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This role is ideally suited to a BCom-qualified professional with completed SAICA or SAIPA articles and 2–3 years of post-article experience who thrives in an analytical, commercially focused role.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and EXCO, providing valuable financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance.

The appointed individual will have the opportunity to strengthen reporting processes, analyse financial trends, and contribute toward business growth initiatives while developing within a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse financial data and provide business insights
Prepare and present financial and management reports
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Engage with key stakeholders and EXCO members
Assist with financial planning and performance analysis
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business
Support process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Assist with month-end reporting and variance analysis

Job Experience & Qualifications:

BCom Degree (minimum requirement)
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
2–3 years post-article experience
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience engaging with stakeholders and EXCO
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong Excel and financial systems exposure
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
