POSITION INFO:
Our client, a well-established chemical manufacturer in Edenvale, is searching for a Junior Finance Manager who is eager to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and contribute directly to operational and strategic decision-making.

This is the perfect opportunity for a newly qualified or recently qualified CA(SA) who wants to broaden their exposure, influence key business outcomes, and grow their career within a hands-on, fast-paced operation.

What You’ll Own & Drive:

Full financial management support across the business
Month-end close, reporting, forecasting & budgeting
Costing, variance analysis & stock oversight
Compliance, controls & audit preparation
Partnering with production & operations to drive profitability
Process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

â CA(SA) – Preferred (or exceptional BCom Honours & SAICA articles)
â Passion for manufacturing, costing & operational finance
â Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
â Ability to work independently and influence decision-making
â Hands-on, energetic, and ready to make an impact from day one
