The Role: Junior Graphic Designer
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, a passion for branding, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will also support the marketing team with administrative and project coordination tasks to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns

• Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, newsletters, product packaging, and print media

• Create promotional material for in-store events, giveaways, trade shows, and marketing campaigns

• Ensure graphics are optimized for web and mobile platforms in collaboration with the web team

• Edit and manipulate product images as required

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials

• Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Provide accurate time estimates for projects and deliver within deadlines and budget constraints

• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing design files, maintaining databases, preparing presentations, obtaining quotes, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors

About You

• Formal Graphic Design qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic design role

• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography, and branding

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

• Bonus skills: basic video editing/motion graphics, e-commerce or product brand experience, photography skills
