POSITION INFO:

We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Product Performance Analyst to join an innovative team developing world-class consumer radar products. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for fitness and technology, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, this is your opportunity to be part of a team bringing next-generation products to life.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and execute product testing — recruit testers, manage bookings, and ensure equipment is ready for action.
Conduct data collection sessions with athletes using prototype sensors and fitness devices.
Record, download, and verify datasets using internal tools.
Document test results and communicate findings to project leaders.
Troubleshoot basic testing and logging issues.
Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and developers to refine product performance.

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sport Science, or related field.
0–1 years’ experience (graduates welcome).
Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and own transport.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Nice to Have:

Experience with fitness monitoring products.
Familiarity with data management tools.

Role Details:

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape (in-person with remote flexibility)
Start Date: January 2026
