SUMMARY:
MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Junior IT Admin in our Pretoria Branch.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with maintaining IT systems and basic infrastructure
Provide first-line support for IT issues and help desk requests
Support system setups, updates, and telephone systems
Help maintain and track IT equipment and assets

Qualifications:

N+ or A+ certifications preferred
Entry-level to 1 year IT support experience
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in an IT support environment
Additional IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage
