Junior IT Technician – Langebaan

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for all internal systems.
• Assist in maintaining and managing the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
• Support and troubleshoot issues on Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Work closely with the senior IT lead to gain hands-on experience and gradually take over daily IT management.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• IT Diploma or Degree advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and professional communication skills (you will support UK clients).
