Junior Industrial Engineer:

Duties:

Coaching the organisation and scrum team in agile, cross-functionality and empiricism.
Planning sprints and advising on implementations.
Helping stakeholders define their goals and provide details on expected outcome.
Backlog Management.
Removing barriers between stakeholders and the scrum team.
Provide technical support for the internal testing team.
Removing any impediments that the team are facing.
Constantly evaluating ways to improve the development cycle, scrum methodologies, quality assurance, and release process.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Less than 2 years industry experience
