An established financial services company that specialises in investments within the unlisted credit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

An established financial services company that specialises in investments within the unlisted credit space, is seeking a dynamic Junior Investment Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Assisting the credit analyst with collation of information for the due diligence of a new transactions
Assist with collating presentations to pitch to the credit team
With regards to property holdings of the group, the successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Bi Monthly feedback report from agents as to sale progress on listed units
Vetting all sale agreements when presented
Ensuring the flow of funds from a sale are received as per the contractual due dates in the sale agreement
Liaise with the transferring attorney and report back to the team as the progress of the sale
Handle all administrative queries on the portfolio
Assist with historical ad hoc fund administration

Requirements:

BCom Finance or Bachelor of Science in Property Studies
Previous experience in a similar role
