Junior Legal Advisor R550KCTC Law Degree, Pref Admitted Attorney, 3 years Financial services/investments/compliance Pref REI/RE4

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Contract management including involvement in negotiations

Monitor and communicate regulatory/legislative changes and impact to business and clients

Assessing management needs and delivering solutions in line nwith legal framework

Provide guidance and simplify Legal requirements

Assist compliance function in monitoring

Managing adhoc compliance or regulatory requests

Reviewing and recommending changes to contractual obligations

Drafting, review and update business Policies

Act as Deputy Information Offficer for Business

Knowledge of Unit Trust and Lined investment industries

Commercial Law

Contract drafting and negotitation

knowledge of systems and daily processes of products advantageous

Knowledge of FAIS, FICA, CISCA, FSR,CRS/AEOI advantageous

Retirement Funds and administration

Law degree, Pref Admitted Attorney

3/4 years Financial Services/Investments

REI and RE4 advantageous

CFP Advantageous
