JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a multinational concern is looking for a Junior Legal Manager who is hungry for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Property industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education:

LLB Degree
Admitted attorney

Skills/Experience required:

1 – 2 years post article experience
Property experience or Telecommunication experience
Experience working within a medium to large law firm
Experience with lease agreements
Experience dealing with landlord disputes
Strong drafting ability
Strong negotiation skills

Job Description:

Supporting internal and external stakeholders
Ensure legal compliance in respect of business decisions
Drafting and negotiating of property leases
Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting legal team with assigned projects
