POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Proficiency in dictation typing and document preparation
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to manage correspondence, filing systems and diaries
Experience providing administrative support in a legal/litigation environment
Basic understanding of legal processes and terminology
Experience with Lexpro bookkeeping system would be advantageous
Candidates who are currently studying towards LLB will not be considered
