SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Head of Litigation to join our team.
This role requires 2-4 years post admission experience in the litigation sector.

Permanent position based in JHB - Western Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all litigation cases within the organization.
Develop litigation strategies and provide legal advice.
Handle negotiations and settlements.
Supervise and mentor junior legal staff.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Strong litigation background with knowledge of court proceedings.
Court appearance experience is essential.
Ability to independently manage litigation matters from inception to finalisation.

Qualifications:

Admitted Attorney with 2-4 years post admission experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
