POSITION INFO:

The Head of Strategic Funding will lead all aspects of debt financing and refinancing initiatives. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and capital providers, developing efficient capital structures at both asset and portfolio levels, and overseeing treasury operations such as liquidity planning and covenant compliance across SPV structures. The position blends highâlevel strategic oversight with active involvement in execution.

Skills & Experience:
Property Experience Non-negotiable
Strong understanding of:
LTV, DSCR, ICR
IRR and return metrics
Debt structuring and amortization
Refinancing strategies
Financial Modelling – non-negotiable
Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar environment
High ownership and accountability
Strong commercial judgement
Ability to operate effectively in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment

Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree/Investment Management/Economics/Business Science degree
CFA Charter holder (Beneficial)
