POSITION INFO:
A leading, fast-growing diversified resources group is seeking a Head of Reporting to take ownership of group financial reporting, consolidations, and external reporting processes. The business operates across multiple entities within the broader resources and industrial value chain, offering exposure to complex group structures, evolving operations, and a performance-driven environment.

This is an opportunity for a technically strong CA(SA) to step into a visible leadership role, driving accuracy, consistency, and insight across financial reporting while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the group consolidation process across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with reporting standards
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packs for executive and Board-level reporting
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and financial controls within the group reporting function

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification is essential
Minimum 4+ years’ post-articles experience within commerce, ideally with strong exposure to consolidations and group reporting
Solid technical accounting knowledge with experience in IFRS and preparing high-quality financial reports for senior stakeholders
