Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in litigation support? We’re looking for a Junior Litigation Secretary to join a busy legal team and help keep things running smoothly.

POSITION INFO:
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years experience as a litigation secretary
Strong skills in drafting, filing, and managing legal documents
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional phone etiquette and client-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
No admin assistants without litigation experience
No candidates currently studying

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing court documents, correspondence, and pleadings
Managing case files and trackers
Liaising with attorneys, clients, and courts
Diary and deadline management
