Junior Maintenance Manager
Kempton Park
Salary: R20,000 CTC- Negotiable based on experience
Working hours: 45 hours per week with overtime when required. Position does require overtime work during busy periods

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

The person needs to be an all rounder and be willing to work across different functions and disciplines. Electrical, electronic, mechanical etc.
Managing a semi-skilled workers
Working with supplier of equipment
Basic building, painting, mechanical repairs, ordering parts, installing parts, etc.
Servicing ovens, mixers, extruder, compressors etc.
Maintaining accurate records including preventative maintenance records
Dealing with external auditors with regards to food safety standards and audits etc.
Computer literacy like Excel, Word etc essential
